Diagnostic features
Stems ± erect, little-branched, to 20cm, glandular-pubescent.
Leaves oblanceolate to elliptic, the lowest shortly petiolate.
Flowers in umbel on different-lengthed pedicels.
Petals longer than sepals.

Chromosome number: (2n=20).

Habitat
Possibly native; arable fields, banks and walls on well-drained soils.

Distribution
East Anglia and Southeast England, but extinct since 1930.
