Imperforate St John's-wort
Scientific name: Hypericum maculatum Crantz
Diagnostic features Erect rhizomatous glabrous perennial. Stems to 60cm, square in section, wingless. Leaves with absent or very few translucent glands. Flowers 15-25mm across. Petals bright yellow. Black glands on leaves, petals and sometimes sepals, sessile.
Habitat Native; grassy, usually moist places.
