Scientific name: Sorbaria tomentosa (Lindl.) Rehder
Diagnostic features Differs from Sorbaria kirilowii in leaves glabrous to pubescent along veins on lowerside, without stellate hairs. Style arising from apex of carpel. Longest stamens c. as long as petals.
Habitat Introduced-naturalized; grown in gardens and sometimes naturalized on walls and in scrub.
Distribution Central & South Scotland, Central & South England; West Himalayas.
