Leaves lanceolate to oblanceolate, subglabrous.
Fruit scarlet.

Habitat
Introduced-naturalized.

Distribution
Grown in gardens, bird-sown in rough ground in South, planted in forestry plantations in North; extremely scattered in England, Man and Scotland; China.
