Diagnostic features
Erect annual to 1.5m.
Leaves with unwinged petioles.
Inflorescence a cymose panicle.
4 calyx-lobes shorter than -tube, 1 c. as long.
Corolla-tube 12-17mm.
Corolla-limb 9-16mm across, scarcely lobed, greenish-yellow.

Chromosome number: (2n=48).

Habitat
Introduced-casual; once grown for tobacco, now occasional on tips.

Distribution
Scattered in South England; North America.
