Body compacted, more or less imperfectly segmented. Chelifores small. Proboscis fusiform, more or less movably connected to the cephalon. Palps well developed, with 4-9 segments.
Ovigerous legs present in both sexes, with 7-10 segments, without a terminal claw.
Ambulatory legs with auxiliary claws.
